Two Sylvian Care Weddings: When Care Brings People Together

At Sylvian Care, everything we do is built on care, trust and real human connection. So this Valentine’s Day, it feels especially right to celebrate two love stories that have grown from exactly that and have led to two couples now running their own Sylvian Care businesses together, side by side.

Over the past year, Andrada & Claudiu and Szilard & Lorena have both celebrated their weddings, marking a new chapter both in their personal lives and in their shared journeys as franchise owners and partners in care.

For Szilard and Lorena, love also grew from friendship - what began as a professional relationship at Sylvian Care gradually became something much deeper.

As their bond strengthened, they discovered just how much they had in common; both in their interests, and in the values that guide their personal lives and their work.

Eventually, that friendship evolved into a partnership they couldn’t imagine life without.

“We met at Sylvian Care as colleagues and, for a long time, we were simply best friends.

“We discovered that we shared the same passions, from fishing and cooking to the same way of thinking and the same values.”

At some point, everything changed, and we finally realised that we are irreplaceable in each other’s lives.”

Their marriage reflects the same qualities they bring to their business at Sylvian Care Bournemouth and Poole: teamwork, mutual respect and a genuine passion for supporting others.

Andrada and Claudiu’s story began long before they became franchise owners at Sylvian Care Farnham. In fact, it started on their very first day at Sylvian Care, hired on the same day as complete strangers.

“We met at Sylvian Care in Reading, hired on the same day, two strangers starting the same journey. We didn’t always work together, but somehow our paths kept crossing.

The clients called us chalk and cheese; different in every way, yet connected in a way no one could quite explain. Between passing shifts, shared smiles, and moments that lingered longer than they should have, something quietly grew.

We didn’t fall in love all at once.
We found each other slowly, and then never let go.”

That same sense of balance and understanding now shapes everything they do.

Today, Andrada and Claudiu run Sylvian Care Farnham together as a true team; supporting one another, supporting their Care Professionals, and delivering thoughtful, person-centred care to their community.
